Joy Division were scheduled to play “The Edge” nightclub in Toronto on May 25th, 1980 but when Ian Curtis committed suicide a week before the show for obvious reasons it was cancelled. The show was sold out with 250 tickets sold, this was to be Joy Division’s second stop on their first North American tour.
